DVDDecrypter settings

Open DVDDecrypter (version 3.1.4.0) and adjust settings as shown below, most are set to default

Note the final two pictures are mainly setup for XP. I do not know ideal settings for Win98/ME or how they affect rip, please seek advice if you are unsure
