how to fix 'Phantom' MB size bug
first get the total of all your files in your ripped folder (mine was 7.05GB). now slide every title and the menu upto 100% and see if its the same value shown. Dont forget to select all audio/subs aswell

as you can see mine was 6.77Gb so it was around 0.28Gb shy!
to fix it I just deselect a few Gb of files or just the titles1,2 & 3 in my case just as long as its lower than 4.30Gb minus what you are missing (7.05-6.77=missing 0.28Gb), so I'm ok as 2.95Gb plus 0.28Gb is 3.23Gb

now I have 2.95Gb and just click Automatic and get an extra 0.27Gb magically

now untick automatic and tick every title again and then you get the correct size

now its safe to remove the audio/subs (check each title as sometimes it doesn't remove every titles audio/subs)
then adjust your % settings and set it away. In this case it skipped analysing Title 8 so therefore would not crash at the usual place if I let it run
DO NOT use IC to remove titles firstly because you are taking a chance that it may mess it up as I have seen and shown. It's safer and better to use Ifoedit. Okay the DVD's may play in your burner now, but may not in your friend's/relatives or what about if you change your player and it doesn't play. You won't enjoy backing them all up again will you
secondly as shown in the Spy Kids 2 bug issue, if I remove title 5 in this example all it removes is the 1st VOB ID in the PGC entry (10kb) and leaves the others so I'm left with a VTS_08_01.VOB that is 647MB as all it strips is VOB ID 1!. Now that will have an effect on your overall quality
Pinnacle will hopefully see this and update these 4 bugs as soon as possible
1. crashing on a long blank sequence
2. not updating Ifo's correctly
3. not seeing true size of a title
4. not removing complete VOB's
